Pokémon Black & White Episode 10 – Relic Castle & Nimbasa City Walkthrough

1. After the 7th Badge – Head to Relic Castle

• With the 7th badge earned in Icirrus City and the Dragonspiral Tower event behind you, it’s time to pursue the legendary dragon clue at the Relic Castle.
• You’ll receive directions to head to Route 4’s Desert Resort area, where the Relic Castle is located.

2. Flying to Nimbasa City & Entering Desert Resort

• Fly to Nimbasa City.

• Travel through Route 4 to the west and arrive at the Desert Resort.
• Explore thoroughly—many trainers and items are scattered here!

3. Exploring Relic Castle & Fossil Discovery

• Arrive at the entrance of Relic Castle within the Desert Resort.

• Find ancient fossils—you can revive them later at a Pokémon Center to obtain unique Pokémon like Archen or Tirtouga.

4. Team Plasma & Item Farming

• The castle is filled with Team Plasma grunts and trainers—perfect for XP grinding.
• Don’t miss out on great items. To avoid falling into pits, walk slowly (release B button).

5. No Legendary Found – Return to Nacrene City

• Despite going deep into Relic Castle, no legendary Pokémon is found—it’s a red herring for now.

• Professor Juniper contacts you and asks you to meet at the Nacrene City Museum.

• Fly to Nacrene City; an event triggers in front of the museum.

• The Dark Stone appears—this is the real clue toward the legendary Pokémon!

6. Fossil Revival & Exp. Share

• You can’t fly directly to Nacrene at this time. First, return to Icirrus City.

• In Icirrus City, receive the Exp. Share. Also, revive your fossil Pokémon for training use.

7. Tubeline Bridge & Rival Battle with Bianca

• Head toward Tubeline Bridge. Along the way, you can farm for items and battle trainers.

• At the bridge entrance, Bianca appears and challenges you to a rival battle.
• Prepare your team and recovery items in advance for an easy victory.

8. Route 9 & Department Store

• After crossing the bridge, you’ll enter Route 9—another great place to farm items and battles.

• You’ll find the department store with key purchases: powerful TMs like Hyper Beam and Giga Impact, as well as Thunder Stones.

9. Arriving at Opelucid City (Preview)

• At the end of Route 9, you finally see the entrance to Opelucid City, where your eighth and final badge awaits!

• Dark Stone: The true clue to the legendary dragon—found at Nacrene Museum, not Relic Castle.
