Travel to Vermilion City.

Retrieve the Poké Doll from the lost and found!

2️⃣ Steven Event & Roaming Begins

Talk to Steven → Latias (Latios) roaming hint unlocked!

Latias icon appears on the map! → Roaming begins in Kanto region
Don't catch it yet—complete the mission first!

3️⃣ Linear Pass Reward & Experience

Return to Saffron City → Give the Poké Doll back to the girl!
