Welcome to Jubilife City!

In the previous episode, you safely arrived at the entrance of Jubilife City, right?

In this part, I’ll guide you on your journey to Oreburgh City where your first badge awaits!

Alright, let’s resume Miru’s Pt walkthrough from Jubilife City! 🚀

A uniquely named NPC appears – International Police “Looker”!
You'll be seeing him quite a bit throughout the game~

You’ll receive the Vs. Recorder from Looker!

Enter the Trainer’s School – you’ll find your rival inside!

Hand over the item you received from your rival’s mom here.

That item turns out to be a Town Map!
And your kind rival even gives one to you 😊

Next destination: Oreburgh City!
Your first badge is waiting!

All done with the Trainer’s School, 
time to move on~

Oh! A new event pops up!
Your mission: find 3 clowns and answer their quizzes.
Each clown will ask you a question…
The questions are pretty easy, so this won’t take long ^^
Once you collect all 3 coupons… finally!
You’ll receive the Pokétch!
Here it is! The Pokétch you wear on your wrist~
Super handy for your journey 😊

Soon after, your rival challenges you to another battle!
Another easy win~ ✌

Next up: Route 204!

Sometimes, you’ll encounter Abra here!
It has a low appearance rate, but it’s worth catching.

Follow Route 204 north and you’ll reach a cave that leads to Oreburgh City!

Suddenly, you get HM06 Rock Smash?!
These things always come out of nowhere, haha.

Battle some trainers and make your way through the cave…

And finally… you’ve arrived at Oreburgh City!!!
Your Pokémon must’ve leveled up a lot on the way here!

Starly evolves into Staravia!
Turtwig evolves into Grotle!
Our team’s getting stronger and more reliable ^^

At the entrance of Oreburgh City, 
a friendly kid NPC shows you where the Gym is. 
So kind~

But of course… the Gym Leader isn’t there 🙄
A classic Pokémon tradition, right? lol
Apparently, he’s in the Oreburgh Mine!

Head down south from the city to find the mine entrance.

Go in just a bit and you’ll spot the Gym Leader!
“Get back to the Gym already~” 😅

Now it’s time to take on the Gym! Your first badge battle begins!

The Oreburgh Gym uses mainly Rock and Ground types.

If you picked Turtwig, this battle will be super easy!
Even if you chose Piplup, it won’t be too difficult~

🎉 First badge from Oreburgh City GET!!!

Now you can use HM06 Rock Smash outside of battle.
In the DP/Pt series, you need badges to use HMs, which can be a bit inconvenient.

You’ll also get the TM Stealth Rock! It’s a handy move, so be sure to keep it safe.

Oh no… can’t proceed without a bike 😭
You’ll get your bike in Eterna City, so for now, we head back.

Time to return to Jubilife City and take the route toward Eterna City!

On the way, Team Galactic finally makes an appearance!
They’re the main villains in the Platinum version. Get ready to battle!

After the battle, you get an Accessory Case, but… meh, not really my thing, haha.

Follow Route 204 to find Ravaged Path.

Make your way through the Ravaged Path and…

Huh? Floaroma Town?!
Guess it’s not Eterna City just yet;;;

The next walkthrough will take you from Floaroma Town to Eterna City!
